Founder of Fuller Life Family Therapy Institute (FLFTI), Amy Fuller, approached Solace Media to help clarify their message. The challenge FLFTI had was figuring out not only how to shape their narrative, but also where and how they should speak to their audiences. Through in-depth conversations, we were able to clarify the barriers to overcome, and how FLFTI would guide their target audiences to what they are looking for: therapists seeking further training to become more confident clinicians, people seeking stellar therapy at rates they can afford, and donors hoping to make a difference in the mental health arena. Solace Media not only clarified the three scripts, but also worked with Amy to place the elements of the script throughout FLFTI’s website. We also conducted training with the therapists and staff so that all employees would be more confident in the language they use to share about FLFTI. We have heard Amy speak several times since the training, and she is really killing it! Several people have told her how crisp and effective her storytelling is and have been inspired to support them. We like to think we have a small part in that ;)
Working with FLFTI truly energized us as we are big mental health advocates here at Solace Media. It is such a great organization helping people live fulfilling lives.
