InnerWisdom

InnerWisdom is a Houston-based mental health clinic that needed a modernized brand and digital presence. Solace Media led a full rebranding, creating a new logo, voice, website, collateral, and training tools to help the team deliver a consistent, compassionate message online and off.

The Challenge

InnerWisdom had served Houston for over 30 years—but their outdated website and materials didn’t reflect their expertise or growth. The brand needed a full refresh to match the quality of their psychiatric programs and communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. The team also wanted support rolling out the new brand across every touchpoint, from scrubs to intake forms.

The Solution

Solace Media led a full rebranding and messaging project, starting with surveys and interviews to understand how clients, caregivers, and staff experienced InnerWisdom. We developed a new logo, visual identity, brand voice, and messaging guide to help the team speak with one voice across all platforms. We designed and developed a fully custom WordPress website with custom illustrations and subtle animations. We also wrote bios, case studies, and service descriptions in close collaboration with the team.

Beyond the digital presence, we created collateral for real-world impact—including branded t-shirts, scrubs, signage, and van wraps. To ensure implementation and long-term buy-in, we also delivered resources and training tools to help onboard new staff and roll out the new brand internally.

The Results

The new brand reflects InnerWisdom’s identity as a trusted, compassionate, and structured provider of mental health care. With a message-driven website, cohesive visual system, and aligned internal culture, the team is now equipped to engage patients, caregivers, and referral partners with clarity and consistency—online and off.
