Forging Deephaven

Forging Deephaven offers trauma-informed story work that guides people toward healing, clarity, and deeper connection.

The Challenge

Diane Dailey is a longtime friend of the Solace team who does beautiful, transformative work. She’s Level 3 trained in narrative-focused trauma care through the Allender Center, and she helps people through one-on-one coaching, story work groups, and retreats.

Diane already had coaching clients and was doing the work. But she didn’t really exist online. When her current clients wanted to refer friends or family, they had nowhere to send them. There was no easy way for new people to learn about her work or book a session. She needed a digital home that felt as warm and welcoming as her practice. She needed a website to legitimize her work and make it easy for people to take that brave first step of reaching out.

The Solution

We kept this one simple and focused, creating exactly what Diane needed to get started. After interviewing Diane to understand her heart for the work and the people she serves, we created:

  • A custom logo that reflects the care and depth of story work
  • A five-page Squarespace website with a homepage that explains what story work is and why it matters, an about page introducing Diane and her training, a resources page with recommended books and podcasts, and a contact page
  • Acuity scheduling integration so potential clients can book 20-minute intro sessions or one-hour client sessions directly through the site
  • A curated resources page with books, podcasts, and tools for her clients’ healing journeys
  • Email capture forms so she could start building her newsletter list and stay connected with her community

The Results

Diane now has a professional, welcoming online presence that makes her practice feel real and accessible. When her clients want to refer someone, they have a beautiful website to share. People can learn about story work, see Diane’s credentials and approach, and book their first session, all in one place. She’s no longer invisible online. She has a digital home that honors the sacred work she does and makes it easy for hurting people to find the help they need.

Most importantly, the website removes barriers. Someone who’s considering story work can explore at their own pace, get a feel for Diane’s heart, and schedule that first conversation when they’re ready.
