The Challenge
CSF, which raises funds for CTF Illinois, operated separately from CTF Illinois and had a different audience, but didn’t have a strong brand or online presence. As one of our Laying a Foundation for Growth clients, Community Services Foundation (CSF) understood that if they were to grow in funding services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), they would need to stand out and clearly show their mission. Furthermore, if people are going to donate, they need to understand where their money is going and how it will make an impact. CSF exists to fund the dreams of adults with I/DD at CTF Illinois. CTF Illinois gets government funding for day-to-day services, but there are many needs not covered by those grants that are essential for their clients to flourish, and CSF needed help letting potential donors know why their support is needed.
The Solution
We created a new website and brand messaging guide for CSF. The new site is easy to navigate and clearly explains CSF’s mission. We used a unique voice and visuals to differentiate CSF from CTF Illinois and RISE, making it clear what they do and why it matters.
The Results
The new CSF website makes it easier to understand CSF’s mission, attracting more donors and support. The clear, engaging messaging helps CSF stand out, making it easy for them to get fundraising and support for their programs.
